Delivery and returns

Delivery cost and options are shown at checkout before you pay. Dispatch timing is confirmed by email after you order, and any delivery dates shown on product pages are estimates.

Under UK consumer law you can cancel and return most items within 14 days of receiving them. Contact us with your order number and we will send the return details. If an item is faulty or not as described, contact us and we will help.
